RALLY RECOVER milk chocolate recovery mix, 20-serving tub

RALLY RECOVER

Milk Chocolate Recovery Mix.

Caffeine-Free

RECOVER is carbohydrate and protein for the 45 minutes after a session. The carbohydrate refills the glycogen training burned. The protein rebuilds what it broke down. The sodium replaces what came out in sweat.

It is the same nutrient pairing as chocolate milk. Chocolate milk needs a refrigerator and a gym bag does not have one. RECOVER mixes with water and holds at room temperature.

Two scoops in 12 to 16 oz of cold water within 45 minutes after training.

Middle school to college

The scoop scales with the athlete.

A single-serve packet gives a 13-year-old the same dose as a college senior. That is the wrong answer for one of them. A tub lets you set the dose.

What we left out, and why.

This product is built so a college program can hand it to an athlete. That rules a lot of things out.

  • No creatine. Not banned, but it complicates what an institution can provide.
  • No caffeine or stimulants. This is a post-training product.
  • No free-form amino acids, BCAAs or EAAs. Whey already delivers them.
  • No HMB, carnitine, fish oil, green tea, glucosamine or MSM.
  • No proprietary blends. Every dose is on the label.
  • No sucralose or acesulfame potassium. Sweetness comes from the carbohydrate plus stevia and monk fruit.
  • No artificial dyes.

Formulated to be providable by a college athletic program. We are pursuing third-party banned-substance certification and will display the mark here once it is granted.
